First a phone interview asking basic questions and then an Interview with branch assistant manager, then branch manager asking about specific times you went above an beyond. After a couple of weeks you are made an offer from corporate.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
Very good. Followed professional format. Questions were well phrased. Interviewers were nice. Two rounds of interviews. Could not relocate. Excellent organization. Great leadership and structure. Virtual interviews. Good questions focusing ln strengths and weeknesses amd experoence
