Interview
Very simple, have cash handling experience. I had a double interview with two operations specialist for the region. I was then interviewed by another regional head operations specialist. I was asked about my customer service experience and sales experience.

Why did I want to work at a financial institution seeing I had no prior experience.
it was fine, not much was asked i feel like it was pretty easy . it was a group interview , and i moved to the final round the final round wasn’t an interview just a conversation between me and a senior manger
Received an email. Set up the date. Initially they are getting to know you and your experience. Looking for customer services skills. It was not hard. They also asked me about how we can respect customers. And diversity
