      Sales and Service Manager Interview

      4 Mar 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Saint Louis, MO
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2015

      Interview

It was a basic interview. The interviewers talked about the job and what it entails. Then got into my resume and finally about 5 behavior questions. Nothing hard. However, they thought I was interviewing for a position that I had not applied to. They asked if I wanted to continue the interview. In the end, they agreed that I was over qualified for an entry-level position and asked my permission to pass my resume along for a Supervisor/Manager position (which is what I thought I was interviewing for in the first place).

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2016

      Interview

Very laid back interview. More of a conversation than an interogation. The main purpose of the interview was to see if I would be a good fit for the position and a good fit with the manager.

      Application

      I interviewed at U.S. Bank

      Interview

It is a long process, but very easy to work thru. Starts with an intial phone call from the recuriter, then a interview with management in the branch. You are then sent to meet with the district manager for an in person interview. Takes 2-3 weeks after offer is made to be able to start to finalize the fingerprint process.

      Question 1

Give me an example of a project or task that needed extra time and effort to complete. What did you do?
