It's was fairly easy. Phone interview was conducted then a zoom interview. They ask about 10 questions. Interview did not last long. It lasted about 30 mins. There was 5 people conducting the hiring process.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
Very good. Followed professional format. Questions were well phrased. Interviewers were nice. Two rounds of interviews. Could not relocate. Excellent organization. Great leadership and structure. Virtual interviews. Good questions focusing ln strengths and weeknesses amd experoence

There was an online assessment that was like a test with general math plus customer service and general interview questions, then a recruiter called me to discuss the job and set up an interview with a branch employee.
