The interview process was initially with the hiring manager. Rather than a standard "interview" the manager insisted on a conversation. How refreshing and unique. They reviewed the role, the culture and really stuck to a conversation approach. A second round with two team members followed shortly thereafter.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Columbus, OH) in July 2022
Interview
Contract position. I had 2 interviews with various ppl that I would be working with if I got the job. I talked through my job experience and my portfolio. They were very understanding and professional.
