count on second interview if they like you, this is a big company with opportunities. They are very cheap with their pay offer and labor. if you like overtime, this is a wrong place to work at. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (San Diego, CA) in June 2017
Interview
The interview process begins with phone screening and in-person interview. Prepare for the interview and make sure to bring you customer service skills and dress to impress. On the phone screen, is not difficult, the bank just want to pick up on your characteristics and make sure your a good fit for the role. In-person interview is all about showing up on-time, dressed for interview, answering the question in short and elaborating when asked to do so. An email or phone call will be received if you got the job or not, it takes very quick turnaround time. Remember customer service, sales, operations, quality work, and willing to grow.
