I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at U.S. Bank in June 2023
Interview
Initial Phone Screen, which was very robotic, but asks questions about your capability to work from home and if the job is right for you. The turnaround was fast. The phone screen was on Monday, with the virtual interview on Wednesday. When I logged on, on time, the recruiter was no where to be seen 🤷♂️ Just left the meeting running for the allotted hour, and no one showed up. Pretty unprofessional

Question 1
Initial phone screen questions were centered around the posted job requirements. Having the right tech setup and being able to perform the job duties. There were some questions focused on previous CSR situations
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank in Oct 2022
Interview
Was an easy process, the manager was really friendly and asked questions based on my resume. Took about 10-15mins total and got an offer letter within the next 48 hours.
The interview process was great! The first part was a phone screen. I was given general information about the position. I was asked 1 or 2 questions and at the end scheduled for a second interview on camera.
The second interview went really smooth. I was asked 5 behavioral questions & was asked if I had any questions at the end.
