No interview conducted for the particular role.Received automated email saying "After carefully reviewing your qualifications, we decided to pursue other candidates who more closely meet our current needs." I had previously talked to a Recruiter two times and had a good experience.
Phone screen with recruiter, 7 questions max about customer satisfaction, problem resolution risk management… then hiring manager asks 10-12 questions or so, 30-40 minutes on average. Very easy if you have experience on banking and show willingness to be the best employee ever
