Brief 30 minute phone screening asking logistical questions (when are you graduating, are you willing to relocate, etc.) and some behavioral questions. Overall, it wasn't as difficult as I thought it might be. During the phone screening there weren't any questions related to the intern position, but more about soft skills in leadership and inclusive workspaces.
