Interview
Long and what I thought was great. It was never pressed upon me that this was only a temporary position I thought it was a full-time position. it was a very long interview which I did not mind because I thought it was a full-time position. I was not aware that this was going to be a temporary position and that that meant they could let you go at any time for the smallest thing and not have to even give you a reason.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about all my experience as far as bookkeeping and accounts payable and accounts receivable and collections how I get along with others, etc etc. one of the head managers and HR person was there and not until after over an hour interviewing did my actual soon-to-be boss come in and spent about two minutes in there and left. Come to find out they let her go the next week. So I had no direction or anything and had to rely on my other co-workers for help. Then we were given a manager for the credit department and it was all about hitting these goals when most of my accounts were completely up-to-date so I cannot ask people for money who do not owe us money.
