I applied in-person. I interviewed at U.S. Polo Assn (New York, NY)
Interview
I never really had an interview. I did a walk in and the manager made me fill out an application, reviewed it, asked one question and then the coworkers and manager cracked some jokes with me and on the spot he told me congrats that I'm hired. He only asked me to come the following day to fill out some paper work and since i was only 17 at the time to bring in the working papers the next day. They only asked me 1 question. I was very surprised at how easy it was to get the job since the store was located in Manhattan.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at U.S. Polo Assn (Houston, TX) in June 2012
Interview
The interview was structured as a conversation. I had a bit of experience so we talked about that and about why i wanted to work at U.S. Polo. They also asked me about when I would be available to work. The more available I am, the more attractive hire I am.
