Straightforward and welcoming. Always come prepared and learn the culture of the company. The process is quick especially when they are really short staffed. Always be on time, about 10 to 15 minutes early and you will make a great impression.

I got a phone call and was asked for available date and time for interview. I only had an interview with the facility administrator. It was pretty relaxed. Was offered a job after a little over 1 week.
