I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Servico (South Lyon, MI) in May 2018
Interview
I was contacted via email to schedule a phone screen. I had a phone screen a few days later to discuss the position and my background. After the phone screen I was sent an additional email to invite me in for an in person interview which was held with the owner, recruiter, and sales manager.
I received an email requesting to schedule a phone interview for the HR position they had available. The interview when fine, although looking back at it, there were a few red flags I didn't pay too much attention to at the time. At the end of the phone interview I was told that everything seems great and would hear back in the next day or two to schedule an in-person interview at their location in Wixom. A couple days later, I received an email requesting to schedule the in-person interview, and I accepted. It's interview day and everything went well, they said I was exactly what they were looking for and that I was to expect a 3rd interview request which included both the HR Admin and Hiring Manager. I asked them to try and make it for Thursday since that was the only day I was available and they agreed. So the next day I received the 3rd interview request for.. Monday, so I had to make an unaccommodating schedule change just so i can make it to the interview. It's Monday morning and I receive a call from the receptionist saying both the HR Admin AND Hiring manager were out sick... what are the odds. So Tuesday, the very next day, I received another email from them stating the HR position was no longer available, but they wanted to hire me for an Account Manager position. Needless to say, I did not accept that position as I would be severely underpaid and quite frankly has nothing to do with my background, and I really did not want to be part of a company that would put out lies just to find good workers. I honestly don't even believe there was even an HR position available to begin with. Don't ever apply to this place, they are liars and their business is going to go downhill real quick if they continue to treat people like this.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Servico (Wixom, MI) in Dec 2017
Interview
The process seemed to be fair and easy going. First one phone interview and a meeting with the Manager. Later, an email thanking and discharging me from the process.

Question 1
Questions were easy, about the experience, how to handle pressure, turnover, rudeness... At the end, I was complimented for passing the interview and being added to the next phase. Two weeks later they send me an e-mail informing that I did not pass the interview.
