Interview
The hiring and interview process was very relax. The boss made a series of interviews (around 3 maybe) and a lot of invitations for dinner so that I can be introduced to the current employees at the time. And also to feel comfortable with them. Then for a final interview, my contract was drafted and salary negotiation was also conducted.
