They asked why you were interested in the position and why you're interested in working with kids. Afterwards they had situation questions in which you'd say you're response to a certain situation, examples being if a kid got into a fight with another kid, a parent came up to you with a concern, or you're teaching a lesson that goes against a camper's religious beliefs.

Interview
Online application. Slowish response time. This is followed by a group interview portion where we do several team-based STEM activities. This is followed by a individual interview. The interviewers were professional and asked detailed questions.
