Went through 3 levels of interviews. Telephone screening, then I met with two people at the same time, a person formerly in the role, and a Director. Then I met with the hiring manager, and a senior director

What three words would your former boss use to describe you?
1st round - interview with Team Lead mostly focused on my CV
about 3 weeks later process to the 2nd round
2nd round - HR chatting and giving the offer, negotiating salary
Normal process, nothing special
Phone interview with HR- asking easy questions with your resume
Went to the office to do online test
1st interview with manager and senior SME
2nd interview with department head
Final round with HR
