UBS has a small team of in house consultants overlooking wealth; interviews required knowledge specific to how UBS and processes works along with how your experience can help to contribute or be relevant to the scope which the team overlooks
Candidate should probably have had experience in management consulting overlooking system improvements, customer experience improvement, customer journeys but also knowledge on the finance and investments/wealth sector
A very streamlined process that took place mostly online but this also meant that there was fast feedback throughout, but not very personal. In the whole process thar could have been better
