Completed the online application questions and psychometric tests. Was invited for a telephone interview a couple of weeks later. The telephone interview had a few commercial awareness questions in addition to some competency questions. Got invited to the next stage which was an assessment centre. The day consisted of a numerical exercise, individual presentation, competency interview, commercial interview and a group exercise. The numerical test was harder than the online one. The individual presentation was for 10 mins about apple and how it should deal with competition. We were given about 30 mins to read the documents and prepare our slides for a flipboard. It is important to not just read off your slides but make a good presentation and engage with the assessor. The interviewer in the competency interview quizzed me in great detail about my experience and education. The commercial interview was a bit technical and required good commercial awareness. The final group exercise was once again about Apple and we were supposed to decide how the company should invest 1 million. In the middle of the group exercise you get an urgent email stating we need to come up with a new apple business line.

Informal and 50/50 split between behavioral and technical. Consisted of 4 phone calls with various members of the team, starting with director, and then Senior Associate, and then Analyst for the more technical interview.
