Video Interview , consisting of 8 questions which were typical competency questions, such as when have you dealt with a difficult teammate, when have you shown leadership in a situation, etc...
It was the last round of an interview. I connected and did the interview for the position and it was around 45 minutes long. I was ask different stuff from different fields related to risk management
Interview was pretty Straight forward, heavily concept based. Need to understand general capital market, product concept, and risk factors. Good understanding of data is a plus. Also need to demonstrate good communication skills, written skills, and time management skills.
