2 rounds of interviews with hiring managers and 1 HR round at the end to discuss fit and compensation expectations. Process was smooth and quick. Interviews with hiring managers included a simple case and some situational questions
The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.
