Interview
Three rounds. The online screening is a little unexpected tough, but the interviews after were great . For the technical role, expect technical questions and talk about your experience on why UBS and how will they forward your career. Also, know UBS' values and purpose.
Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
