Despite getting the offer, looking back, it was not only unprofessional, but i In October 2022, I was originally scheduled for two separate interviews. For the first day, the hiring agent informed me that the first round had to be cancelled and rescheduled for another day. For the second day, I followed the prompts to log on to the interview, but waited so long that no one responded and after 15-20 minutes, I was informed that the interviewer simply forgot and had to reschedule. To make up the first day, I was able to get an interview in and that felt professional. For the second day, I waited at least 30-45 minutes, and remember getting kicked out of the call due to the 15-minute threshold. When I notified the hiring agent, I indicated the problem, but the hiring agent indicated that I had such a good first interview that a second interview was not necessary In the end I did get the offer letter, but unfortunately, due to the Credit Suisse acquisition, was laid off after roughly three months. Absolutely disgusting and poor taste.
