I went through three rounds of interviews where they asked all behavioral questions. The interview process was extremely long- spanning a 5 month period. The time between interviews was at least a month. They would give a time frame to expect to hear back by and then proceed to take much longer.

Interview Summary: The process began with an online application followed immediately by a cultural/personality assessment. Shortly after, I received an invitation for the HireVue one-way video interview. The platform gives you about 45 seconds to prepare for each question and 2–3 minutes to record your response. The questions were a mix of standard behavioral prompts and industry-specific interest.
