Online assessment -> Recorded Video Interview -> In person Assessment Centre. The in-person assessment centre consisted of 2 separate interviews: a 'competency' focused one and a 'commercial' focused one. The competency one was the usual behavioural and CV questions, and the commerical one was a more informal conversation about technical awareness of the industry.
