UBS Product Development Manager interview questions

Spoke with a recruiter about a position at UBS Asset Management. After reviewing my resume, she said I was a good fit for the role and that she or a colleague would follow up with me to arrange an interview with the hiring manager. I never heard back again, even when I followed up by email with the recruiter. I found the lack of responsiveness to be very unprofessional.
