Interview
You will be given a task that is submitted before the interview. E.g. describe a practice or a product from the year 2050.
A week or more later you have to defend what you wrote in this task.
I can really NOT recommend applying to this position since fulfilling the task will take a long time and the number of candidates applying is huge. They have a very bad preselection process and interview a huge number of people over weeks for only one or two temporary positions.

During the interview, you will have to discuss what you wrote in the task and brainstorm about our future society. You will be asked to be as creative as possible.
