Unorganized process evident from HR recruiting all the way up to parent company Completed 4+ rounds on interviews including a final round with global CTO of parent company. Expected to hear back with a decision, but no response and ghosted after 3 weeks of patient follow ups Evident that the company culture is highly political and negative. Employees seem to have no motivation. Not to mention the risk of working with a company headquartered in China.
