After a successful three-part interview, the hiring managers asked me to come up with a very elaborate project plan to improve hospital rankings over a 5 year period. This was very time consuming and not worth it. I felt a bit disrespected as a candidate.

they emailed screening questions a week or two after application was submitted, then after another week received an invitation to interview. the hiring required a 2 round interview process, one with the team, and the second with the person you would work with.
