I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UCHealth in Aug 2022

      Interview

The initial Microsoft teams interview was scheduled ~1 week after I submitted my application, and then the job offer email outlining benefits & next steps was received ten days after that. There were 3 managers from different units at the interview. I am still waiting on the official offer letter after a week. Sounds like a great company and love that the new grad program is CCNE accredited.

      Interview

super great communication along the way. Long written application then I interviewed with the managers of my top three units plus some other managers for units that are related. Got first offers within 24 hours with all offers from the interview rolling out within 3-4 days. Very clear offer summarizing pay, next steps, and benefits.

      Question 1

Why do you want to be a nurse? What would you do if you were not a nurse? Why these units? Why UC health? Time you had a challenge? Time you made a difference in patient care? Best part of nurse and worst part for you?
