Interview
The interview was in person with two of the store's managers. The interview went over previous experiences, asked some basic behavioral and personality questions. Asked questions that placed you in different scenarios that may occur in a retail atmosphere such as "what if the customer is unhappy?" and "what do you do if you have an issue with your coworker?"

The interview itself was good and I enjoyed working for this company. It was a good experience. I learned a lot about what is like to provide an excellent customer service.

The manager was friendly and ushered me in to talk. There was some assessment of my team work ability and he asked about what hours I preferred. The were basically hardly any requirements. One just has to be agreeable.

After submitting your application you will be emailed about coming in for an interview, which will likely be an informal sit down conversation. The process is not stressful at all, and you definitely do not need to dress in a suit and tie for the interview.
