They don’t really get back to you at all. They can take up to 5 months to respond to one job positing even if websites say urgent. When they do interview it’s very much like you’re disposable

My interview was short. The whole process took around 15 days. I have one phone interview and one on-site interview with my mentor. the overall experience was good. They were really professional and nice.
