The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to, the interview process was very straight forward. After doing the initial interview I got a call back asking to do a second interview and they were very interested in my past experience and also allowed me to be trained on the job for certain research protocols

Interview
One Zoom meeting talking through a prior experience working in a lab setting. Interviews vary significantly depending on what the lab is looking for. You can apply through emailing labs directly, or sometimes they post openings on the undergrad research page.
It went quite well overall, though it wasn't without its challenges. The process required considerable effort and perseverance, but the experience was incredibly rewarding. Each obstacle provided valuable lessons, and in the end, it felt fulfilling to have overcome the difficulties and gained new insights and skills.
