I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA in Mar 2022
Interview
Quick 10-15 minute screening call with the PI followed by a 45 minute interview with a panel on Zoom, about 5 or 6 people on the team. Easy questions about previous experiences relevant to the job description. Took a long time to receive offer letter after panel interview, about a month (though they did request references pretty quickly after the interview)

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your previous experiences? Why are you interested in this job? What are your career aspirations?
Few interviews to obtain position but ultimately straightforward, simple and easy to get through. Manager was nice and transparent, HR department was slow but that is expected with an insititution as big as UCLA.

Question 1
Is there a time that you had to overcome conflict in the workplace?
One of the labs that invited me for an interview. Instead of talking to me, they asked me to take an exam on paper. Not very friendly. But they did not wasted my time when they decided to move on.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UCLA (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2023
Interview
I applied on their website. After a week I received an email from the doctor's assistant to schedule a Zoom interview. It was a week later. The interview was about 30 minutes.

Question 1
A very nice doctor interviewed me and asked me questions to understand my resume and let me know what the job would entail. Nothing threatening or scary. About half an hour.
