UCSB Recreational Sports interview questions

its mostly a group interview just asking you about yourself and why you want to work for the company. I applied online and did not get a call back until about 2 months later to schedule for an interview. We interviewed with a group of people and was hired on the spot

Turned in a resume to the front office. Waited about two weeks and got another call to come into the office for an interview. Although it is a sports job, you must dress nicely and interview in a tie and a shirt. It is a group interview with 3 or 4 other people. The interview asks a lot of questions based upon scenarios and what you would do in them. Questions not very technical. Got a call back and then had another brief interview and was hired after that.
