It was a very simple 3 round process. One with HR, one with the hiring manager and one with the director. Was very quick and straightforward. Nothing to complain about.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UEAT (Quebec, QC) in Aug 2023
Interview
3 steps. HR, Team Lead and Manager, then company owner. Questions related to experience and profile. Then situational question to grasp technical understandings. No technical tests only questions. The manager will often ask and at different times different formats of the same question to ensure the validity of your statements.

Question 1
What steps would you take in troubleshooting a faulty network on a remote call to a client or an unresponsive POS system
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UEAT (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2023
Interview
I had a 30-minute call with an HR person where we talked about the position and the company. Then I had a 1-hour interview with the Marketing Director and the same HR person, where it was more casual, and we talked about our backgrounds and the position in details. On the next Thursday, they asked me to schedule an interview for Monday morning. I told them I had an appointment and wanted to see if they had other availabilities, and I was told that they were busy the whole week and that the director made time for me. I decided to move my appointment and take the interview. The final interview was with the director and the manager of the team, it lasted an 1 hour with more specific scenario questions. It all went great, and I thought I had a good shot, but I didn't get any news for 2 weeks. I finally got an email to tell me they went with another candidate.
