Fairly simple. Asked what gym experience I had. Asked why did I want to work for the UFC Gym. Asked what martial arts background did I have. Tried to interest in Membership Specialist but I made it clear I had no desire to deal with sales.

5 interviews all together, money is all they care about!!! They talk about your resume, the company, themselves, themselves, themselves, oh and more about money. Know how to do a proper push pull assessment for the prac interview!!
