The interview process started with a phone screen that included the hiring manager and another employee. They asked basic questions about my skills and experience, which made the conversation straightforward.
One unusual part of the process was receiving a call from a recruiter early on a Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. to schedule the phone screen. It felt a bit unprofessional to be contacted during the weekend, especially that early. After the phone screen, I didn’t hear back for four days, and then a few days later, I received a rejection letter.
Overall, the process was decent but lacked timely communication and professionalism, particularly with the weekend call. A more thoughtful and structured approach would improve the candidate experience.

Question 1
Tells us your qualifications, background, skills, how you stay organized ect.
I applied and received a generic email the position was filled. A week later the same position reposted and again the week after. It seems they are generating the reposts to obtain resumes without a real intent to hire.
I applied online. I interviewed at UFCW & Employers Trust in Aug 2020
Interview
I applied online a couple days later I received a call to schedule a 30 minute phone interview ASAP. They will call you within that same week after the interview to let you know their decision. If they choose to move forward the'll schedule an in person interview along with having you fill out a survey and application in the office.
