I had two interviews and I had to prepare a presentation about why I am the best candidate for this position. Nice interviews, friendly people. They need to improve the communication process. I had to follow up a couple of times in order to check the status of my application. I got rejected and even though they mentioned in the rejection email that I could ask for feedback (which I did), as of now I haven't received any response from them.
