They seem to work VERY differently to larger academic institutions. The team were very to the point, which is fine, but with how much bloat there is in traditional acadmia I will stunned to the point of confusion about the interview because it was just that different compared to others. It was by no means "bad", but totally different in every way. It was just a hello, straight to questions, then leave.
