Very long interview process including psychometric tests and psychological assessment. However the interview was much shorter in comparison. No feedback provided at outcome which was disappointed since it took three months.

Standard questions, a few off the cuff in response to my answers. 3 panellists.
The first interview I have ever been asked if I wanted a drink, and was escorted to Costa where I had to pay for my own water! Funny but not a great first impression.
Mixed panel but friendly enough and able to present my best self, so pleased with my own performance considering was not from CS.l
