The interview lasted about an hour and a half. Went through application questions with HR manager, then took a "test" on terminology and technology that the company offers. After that, a different manager came in and talked more about the company and asked me more questions.

Was brought in for an interview first with HR, then with the support manager. Pretty easy interview and both people were easy to talk to. I was given a short exam to test my knowledge technical aptitude. It wasn't difficult for someone like me who has little background in tech support.
