UKFast Sales interview questions

The interview process from start to finish was about 3 weeks. Be WARNED this employer has no real live jobs. This shows through the amount of adverts being published on a 3 week cycle. Intro on UK Fast Introduce yourself Group Activity 10 min interview Don't be drawn into the salaries that are on offer. What the advert states changes when you get through to the group session stage. Its purely a beauty parade to see what's out there. Its wrong to waste peoples time when initial skills / knowledge, can be viewed on a CV and confirmed via a telephone interview. If you do make it through to the group session (most do and are held every week), don't believe that the day will be over at 1:00pm. My interview came at 2pm and 4 others were still waiting - you will not be given any form of snack / food. Mineral water was availabe but in reality it was water out of the tap. The cleaner informed me how he was asked to fill empty bottles of mineral water with tap water. 9am to 1pm is a long day without provisions of food and refreshments. The interview team did have their lunch and were spotted by others lunching in the canteen. I'm sure there will be comment from internally on my comment, but this was a true picture of the day and process.
