I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UL Solutions in Dec 2015
Interview
It was a very relaxed, borderline in-formal interview. An HR person reached out to me first to set it all up. Very friendly and we shared a joke or two. They set up a remote video conference since I was in a different location. There were two rounds. One was with the team I was going to work with and one with the director. Both were straightforward. A lot of emphasis on your previous experience and projects, some behavioral questions and it was more of a conversation than an interview. The same applied to the interview with the director.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UL Solutions (Northbrook, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was professional and efficient. I was kept well informed during the process. The was an initial phone screen, and then an onsite interview with management.
