UM Associate Director interview questions

Call with recruiter and two interviews with managers after. The interviews went well and they were all nice. The negative happened after when HR said they were going to follow up with an update and completely ghosted - really unprofessional.

Asked me about my experience and work specifically I had done as it related to media. Wanted to get a sense of my overall personality which was clearly important for the role outside of just experience.
