After speaking with HR over the phone, I took a hirevue video interview where you record yourself answering questions they have ready. After I took that I got invited to a second interview where I went to the office and spoke with the manager briefly in the office. He sent me out with one of their top guys and he showed me what the do and how they obtain customers. It was a very different kind of interview but it was cool to be able to see the job and what they do before I actually started.

First is a phone call from the HR team discussing your resume. Then I was asked to take an 8 question video interview which was more geared towards myself as a person than my actual background. I was contacted the following day by Corey himself. We spoke briefly about the video and my background and the company. I accepted an offer to come in for a 2nd interview which was face to face. A job shadow. We went to grab coffee and I was asked more about myself and given more detail about the advancement. We then went to a store and i was shown how new customers were acquired for the company. very quick and somewhat challenging. It cleared up any questions i had.
