There were three interview sessions throughout the application process:
1. Interview with the Technical Lead from the hiring department — They mostly asked about your technical competencies, the projects you had completed in your previous company, your problem-solving skills, and your ability to work under pressure.
2. Interview with the Department Manager — The hiring manager focused on understanding your personality, your vision for your career path, and how well you would fit into the company.
3. HR phone interview — Some typical HR interview questions, such as why you are resigning from your current company, your expected salary, and why you chose UMC.
