The interview process requires a video preliminary interview, which is a 15-20 minute screening of basic knowledge requirements and personality. If you pass the screening, you will be asked to complete a series of personality tests, which are actually very, very self-informative. I appreciated having the results for my own reference. If invited back for a second interview, then it is about 3 hours of answering pre-recorded questions on video which is then reviewed by a committee. At first it might seem like a lot, but now being an employee I believe every question is necessary.
