The interview began with a general getting to know each other discussion. That was followed by mostly behavioral based interview questions. There was some discussion about previous jobs as well.

Tell mw about a time when you had an angry family member and how you handled the situation.
It was interesting. It was over a zoom call with the Nurse Leader and two Charge nurses. They went through questions with a “psych” spin on them to see how you would answer, but if your honest and explain what you learned from your situation, you’ll do well. I mean, that’s what I did and I got the offer.
