Interview focused primarily on how my motivation relates to my studies, knowledge, and prior experiences. Surprisingly, I had expected a competency-based interview but there were no such questions at all.

Interview
I received a shortlisted email a day before the interview, so I literally have less than 24 hours to prepare. Taking a one-on-one interview via Zoom while my interviewer's camera wasn't working was quite awkward. The interview lasted around 30 minutes holding two main questions and bit of following questions.

Questions focused on your CV, motivation for applying, and understanding of the role, assessing qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements and organizational goals to determine your suitability for the position.
