      Geralmente o processo seletivo consiste de três etapas: seleção de currículo, teste técnico online (em torno de 2h) e entrevista. É comum ter entrevistas em grupo para avaliar a postura do candidato com outras pessoas, já que a cooperação internacional é baseada em Skills de comunicação, negociação, escuta ativa, liderança positiva, etc. Outras vezes é uma entrevista diretamente com quem será seu supervisor imediato. Não costuma durar mais de 45 min e são entrevistas baseadas em competências.

      Pretty dehumanising process. If you're as lucky as me they'll string you along for 6 months, pester your references with lengthy checks and ask such precise situational questions in the panel interview nobody outside of UNESCO stands much of a chance. Only to top it off with a blunt automated rejection email :)
